OnTrac is a private shipping carrier that offers a variety of shipping services for consumers and small businesses. Solely concentrating on the western part of the United States, their service is limited to California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Colorado and Idaho.
Overview
As a shipping carrier option, OnTrac offers fast package delivery services and competitive rates for ground shipping. However, nearly all of their rates are more expensive than USPS. Additionally, you won’t get as deep of discounts on OnTrac’s postage as you would buying USPS postage through shipping software. Therefore, we recommend shipping with USPS if you’re an E-commerce business sending out lots of parcels.

Can’t give them a low enough rating. Two cycles through for a package from Nevada to Texas, to California, to Denver and back to Nevada. I was less than 100 miles away from the Texas location but they were so inept that they couldn’t even put it out for delivery and instead sent it to California…?!!! I mean WTF? When I inquired why twice, they only told me that they sent it back to the vendor and refused to answer my question as to why it couldn’t be delivered. Their “tracking system” says they tried to deliver it, but that’s kind of hard to do when it reflects that it is in California. TERRIBLE SERVICE and INEPT/INCOMPETENT customer service responsiveness. If you use them for your company deliveries, you truly don’t care about your customers.

The worse no customer service at all omg those phone numbers are a joke and at this point no one knows where the heck is my package…. They really suck. The seller said lost contact with them and not able to update the tracking info just a mess 🤦🏽♀️

This company is horrible. This makes the fourth time they’ve mysteriously “lost” my package. I’m on the verge of hiring an attorney for all the unnecessary stress they’ve caused me as well as humiliation. It’s absolutely embarrassing when gifts you’ve ordered go missing or don’t get delivered on time. Avoid these delivery wannabes at all costs.

Do not partner with them. This is the first time I have ever took the time to make a bad review. This customer does it care about the business they partner with or the their Customers. They make it difficult for you to contact them. The require a signature for a package that the original shipper did not request. They make you package stay in delayed status with no update on when it will be delivered. The shipper FASHION NOVA does nothing about it! Last, if you think call customer service will help you think again. They an inconsiderate, sarcastic, rude and show no remorse for putting people through these issues.
Save yourself the time and energy!
Start asking shipper who deliver their package and if it’s ONTRAC ask for another option or save 3 weeks to get your package

I’ve been receiving the same copy and paste message for the last three days! The customer service at this place is horrible you can’t even get in contact with a real person to speak about where my package is or why is there a delivery delay ! This company has to do better. Your website doesn’t give accurate updates & my package has been sitting in for facility for 3 days! Today will be day number 4 I need to know when my package when be delivered to me !!!!!!! This is very frustrating not getting a respond from someone that can actual try to help me resolve this issue. I went on laser ship & on trac neither gives me estimate delivery date or time. The customer service you provide needs a lil more care, you can’t keep sending customers automatic messages & think that will fix the issue.

If you live in any of the OnTrac states and need something delivered quickly, give them a shot! I tried them one day and they ended up being cheaper than FedEx for overnight delivery from LA to San Francisco. Will keep using them from now on!
