    Scam. Worker’s keep packages jnstead of delivering. You will never have an easy shipping experience with this train wreck of a company. If it is delivered, it is about 2-3 MONTHS late.

    Where is my package
    The delivery person claimed to have delivered my package on 12/21/23. at 10:27, I immediately went to check and there was no package. But there was no delivery man who entered the building between 10:00 and 11:00. Checked on cameras They do not provide any proof [ Visual Proof of Delivery ] that they delivered the package. Trying to contact customer service via phone is IMPOSSIBLE. It doesn’t matter what time you call, they’re always experiencing high call volume and NEVER answer. You send an e-mail, you get no reply. What is this?? This is fraud and theft like I have never experienced before. They are so dishonest and simply steal packages. I opened the case on December 21, 2023. at 11:46 Case number: ******** There was a two-day “investigation” after which they said that the package was lost and that the seller should be contacted.

    I would give them .zero stars — their delivery services are lazy & incompetent— they steal packages and claim it’s missing…they don’t deliver packages saying they can’t find my home even tho all other carriers have no problems.

    Horrible service. Lululemon uses them to ship on the Eastern US. Every single time my package is either lost or takes weeks to be delivered from their “warehouse” 45 minutes from my home. I have had excuses like locked gates, no mailbox, no one home. I live in the country, have cameras all over my house. It is never attempted to deliver. I have to complain multiple times and 50% of the time it eventually shows up, the other 50% of the time replacement items are sent by the companies.

    Oh my gosh how do I give them NO STARS! I ordered product from Free People and now I am convinced they don’t care about losing client when the know this delivery service is unable to manage their job. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE. PAY ATTENTION WHEN YOU GET TO THE SHIPPING SECTION KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN!!

    Lasership/Ontrac delivery service solution. DONT USE LASERSHIP/ONTRAC. After a year of aggravation with these incompetent nimcompoops I figured out that if I selected “Ground” instead of the cheapest selection “Standard” the service is much better. I WILL GLADLY PAY EXTRA FOR COMPETENT DELIVERY SERVICE!! A good lawyer should file a class action lawsuit against Lasership/Ontrac.
    ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!

    Delivery person came back rural lane, and placed package on neighbor’s porch at 11:40pm. Neighbor went out to ask what was going on and driver spoke no english, then took off toward our house. Security camera shows him dropping it off at our porch at 11:45pm. What if it had rained on the package overnight? A strange car pulls up at an isolated rural home at almost midnight? Someone’s going to get seriously hurt! This company should get sued out of existance.

    Is this really a company??? Something needs to be done about these people whoever they are. They are so deceptive and downright dishonest!!😳 On minute the package is loaded on a truck, the next moment it couldn’t be delivered for insufficient address. I go through this lengthy chat process with what they call “customer service”. Day number three and the package is “on a truck” then it’s being processed at the facility”; now it’s “out for delivery” again!!! So I wait. I will never, ever again order from anyone who uses this company or what passes for a company!😫

    I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

    First they said they attempted delivery and nobody was home. LIE.

    Then, when I checked the status of the package it said they couldn’t deliver because the address was complete. ANOTHER LIE – I managed to talk to a CSR on chat who showed me the address and it’s complete.

    The package was time sensitive, and I was told that it would be delivered the day I contacted them or the day after. YET ANOTHER LIE.

    So now Amazon is canceling the entire order and having them send it back (good luck there!) and resending me everything. I REALLY hope they don’t sent it (or anything else) by Lasership again, because the company is garbage and doesn’t deserve to exist.

    Lasership is the worst deliver company I have ever saw when delivering packages. The delivery personnel there lie about deliveries they are suspose to deliver. Ex: I waited all day for two of my packages to be delivered on t he 25th of July,because the delivery person said the place was closed the day before(which that was a lie). I waited all the way till 7:45 pm on the 25 of July. The delivery person never showed up. I looked this morning, to check about my packages the delivery person like the day before put down attempted delivery business was closed at 6:42pm. All I can say is that laseship need to get their crap together if they want to stay in business..

    I must warn anyone considering using Lasership for their shipping needs to think twice before subjecting themselves to this utterly disastrous company. Lasership is, without a doubt, the worst shipping carrier in the history of all time, and my recent encounter with them has left me dumbfounded by their sheer level of incompetence.

    From the moment my package was entrusted to Lasership, it was destined for a journey of frustration and disappointment. Customer service? Ha! A laughable term for the nonexistent support provided by this company. Their representatives seem to be living in an alternate universe, completely oblivious to the concept of helping customers or even understanding the simplest of inquiries.

    Efficiency is a foreign concept to Lasership. My package took an eternity to arrive, and any attempt at tracking it was a futile exercise in patience. Communication? Forget about it. It’s as if Lasership has an aversion to keeping their customers informed about the status of their shipments. The lack of updates or meaningful information leaves you feeling like a lost soul in a shipping abyss.

    Reliability is another word that does not exist in Lasership’s vocabulary. My package went on a mysterious adventure, delayed and lost in the void of their incompetency. It’s astonishing that a company claiming to be in the shipping business can consistently fail at the most fundamental aspect of their job.

    But wait, it gets worse. Even if by some miracle you manage to reach out to them, brace yourself for disappointment. Their chat support is utterly useless, staffed by individuals who seem to be reading from a script that bears no relevance to the issue at hand. It’s like talking to a brick wall, but less helpful.

    I’m genuinely flabbergasted that Lasership is still allowed to operate under such abysmal work conditions. Their disregard for customers and complete lack of accountability is downright cringe-worthy. I’ve never encountered a company so skilled at making a mockery of the entire concept of package delivery.

    In conclusion, I wholeheartedly implore anyone reading this review to steer clear of Lasership at all costs. Spare yourself the misery and headache of dealing with this catastrophic excuse for a shipping carrier. They’ve managed to achieve a level of failure that is truly remarkable, and I can only hope that one day they’ll realize the damage they’ve done to their reputation and, ideally, shut down their operations for good.

    Save yourself the trouble and choose literally any other shipping carrier available. You’ll thank yourself later.

    This is the second time they said my package was delivered and I checked my camera at the time of delivery no delivery was made and said they left it at my front door lies why wasn’t the delivery on my ring camera I will never order from a company that uses this delivery service again they are the only ones that I have a problem with and with all the new technology and ring cameras you would think they would be honest oh and by the way my neighbor has a ring camera also we both had a discussion about this and my adult daughter was home at the time of the supposed delivery I also have my inside camera facing the front yard for a reason never again

      So I made and order at Hollister and it said delivered. Upon check all my packages it was not there. I check online a saw a proof of delivery image where the package was left outside of the apartment complex, instead of being dropped to my door. A building with so many apartment and outside on the pave is where they choose to leave my package. I was denied a reship or refund from Hollister. So I lost 6 items and my money.

      The same thing happened to me. I can’t even see my mailbox from my house. They threw a Kohl’s bag on my driveway right by the road and left a Bath & Body Works box on top of my mailbox. A neighbor called me at 9;00 pm to let me know my Kohl’s bag was lying in my driveway. They also recently lost a Kohl’s package in shipping. They are terrible.

    LASERSHIP IS THE BEDBUG NIGHTMARE OF ALL COURIER SERVICES!
    MY FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS TWO MONTHS AGO, THEY LEFT MY PACKAGE OUTSIDE OF MY APARTMENT BUILDING AND NOTIFIED ME ALMOST TWO HOURS LATER. BY THE TIME I RAN DOWNSTAIRS TO GET MY PACKAGE IT WAS STOLEN!
    MY SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH LASERSHIP WAS LAST WEEK, THIS TIME I USED MY WORKPLACE ADDRESS AND I INSTRUCTED LASERSHIP TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE DURING BUSINESS HOURS, AND 3 TIMES THEY “ATTEMPTED” DELIVERY LATE IN THE EVENING. THEN ON SUNDAY THIS PAST WEEKEND LASERSHIP MISDIRECTED MY PACKAGE ELSEWHERE AND FORGED MY SIGNATURE… I’M SURE THAT THE DRIVER STOLE MY PACKAGE AND FORGED MY SIGNATURE!

      Yes! Antonio, I am with you. Everyone on here should contact their State’s Attorney General’s office and complain. I sent a letter to mine a few months ago. If enough people continue to complain then maybe Ontrac/Lasership will be shut down. They are a menace! This company should NOT be allowed to business. They are disguised as a delivery service.     Awful OLD NAVY do not use them. You have lost my business and I was a great customer. I live in a building where the door is open and they did not bring it my unit, did not call, no email.     I would of given LaserShip “0” Stars if I could! My package was delivered to a business which was Closed and the driver left it on the locked front door of a busy shopping center! Who does that? This is the 2nd BAD experience that I have had with LaserShip! Never again!

    An absolute joke and should be shut down immediately. Ordered something from abercrombie and it was marked delivered on 5/10 at 8:50pm. Nobody rang my doorbell or left a photo showing proof it was delivered. Next morning I went downstairs to the lobby and there was no package. Building supervisor checked CCTV and didn’t even see anyone enter the building around that time let alone drop off a package!! It was never delivered and they’re claiming it is. An absolute scam for any company using this service. Thankfully abercrombie was nice enough to send me a new pair of jeans but this is absurd and is clearly happening to SO many people (even the customer service rep at abercrombie said they’ve been getting numerous calls about it)! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

My package showed out for delivery and it was out for delivery in a different state, then at 9pm they sent me a message stating that they attempted to deliver and business was closed. Really at 9pm ? SMH. Checked cameras and nothing. Last order showed delivered but was never delivered. I don’t understand how this business still exists?

    One AGAIN my package marked DELIVERED and was NOT. Have filed complaint with you 2 times now for lies of delivery status. I have also filed 2 complaints with the BBB against your company. Your Chantilly delivery hub really sucks. Wouldn’t even give a 1 star rating.
    On 4/09/2023 the Lasership Co. in Chantilly said they delivered my package @ 2:00pm. The package was nowhere to be found. This company has done this before stating items were delivered and weren’t. They also said they investigated it and found it was delivered and wanted me to send them the delivery photos they took. There were no delivery photos provided. The first package showed up on my doorstep 30 days after it was said to be delivered.

    Horrible delivery service! Refuses to follow simple instructions. The delivery people lie and say they delivered to front door when in fact they drop the boxes on the sidewalk! They have zero customer service skills! The driver yelled at us in Spanish. We had to tell her three times to leave our house. She had the nerve to go to her car (which was parked on my neighbors lawn damaging sprinkler heads) then she came back up our driveway for more fight! I had to threaten to call the police to make her leave! Unbelievably rude person! A discredit to Lasership.

      Lasership is horrible. My orders from Walmart are sometimes “delivered” using lasership. But each time they don’t even bring it into the building, much iess to my apartment. The only way I get them is a staff member sees them outside and brings them in. I would NEVER ship using lasership and I wish Walmart wouldn’t.

    I ordered 2 pair of men’s shoes from J.C. Penny on December 7, 2022. When I received notification that my order was processed and was being shipped by LaserShip, I admit that I was concerned since I had never heard of this company. However, we received the order at our door on December 10th with no problems. I would like to commend the driver for the quick delivery.

    I ordered a package about a week ago, and of course the company I ordered from only gave me one shipping option. My first impression of Lasership is that their tracking is pretty useless, especially since it stopped updating about two days in. Then the delivery date disappeared. Now 5 days later I have no idea where my package is, nor does the company that I ordered it from.

      December 2022, they lose one of my packages and I never received it. February 2023, they delivered one of my packages miles from me. My house #230, they delivered to #184 in a different area. I notified them and they could care less. Told me to handle it. Three other packages delayed by days because I had to contact them first. They should be closed up. Leave the delivery to UPS and FedEx who are professional.

    Have never in my life dealt with such incompetence, the people who work for this company are lowest of the low and dumbest of the dumb. I provided all the information that was needed for these people to deliver my package and they never delivered the package, the excuse s ranged from not being to get into the building to not being able to access the package room at my apartment. I sent an email on Sunday inquiring when I would be receiving my package and it’s Thursday and they just got back with me to inform me that package has been returned to the seller and for me to contact them. These people are unprofessional and should not even be allowed to operate a business. I plan on filing a lawsuit against them!

    ZERO STARS IF I COULD. WORST SHIPPING COMPANY. ORDERED FROM FASHIONOVA AND THEY STOLE MY PACKAGE. THEY ARE THIEVES & LIARS!     People please do not work or use this company to ship anything. Worse customer service and no one knows anything. My package was out for delivery twice and then when it was finally delivered it was delivered to the wrong address. And now they tell me an investigation is in the process. I called them so many times and all they told me was lies. This company needs to be shut down ASAP! Worse experience ever! I wish I could give them zero stars as thats what they deserve. They need to hire drivers that know what they are doing.

    If there was a way to give this company 0 stars I would. No one cares at this company, LaserShip, and it amazes me that they are able to be in business.     The driver couldn’t find the street address of the Post Office; which is shameful but marked the package delivered. Supposedly, it was returned to the distribution office but I was only contacted after the Post Office closed. I called LaserShip to dispute that I had not received the package and there was no way to deliver to the Post Office on Sunday. The customer service representative took my home address and mobile stating that the driver would ring me upon delivering. The next day I got a text alert stating it was delivered. It had not been delivered to my home address.

    The next day I went to the Post Office 3 times in search of my package to no avail. The day after that I checked the post office to no avail. Eventually was able to get in contact with LaserShip customer service only for them to send me a picture of the fact that the delivery driver left the package in the self-service customer area of the Post Office. This is beyond incompetent. Every time you call customer service there was a 20 minute wait time, people hanging up on you and supervisors making promises as long as they don’t have to truly provide customer service. I wasted 2 days of my life with a company that clearly doesn’t value customers or even care at ALL. This company is beyond shameful. I truly wish I could provide pictures to illustrate how inept this company is on the basic level of delivering a package.

    Please look at where my package was delivered. Out of view of attendants. The delivery person even thought it was ok to take the 1st photo. Funny thing is that I have no certainty the way things transpired that the delivery driver didn’t take my package. There is absolutely no accountability at this company with every excuse being passed along with customer satisfaction being a hoax.
