First time ordering from Brandincolor and I’m so impressed. The boxes came out beautiful, and the colors are amazing! I have ordered the boxes on Tuesday, and got them on Friday in NYC. Vary fast! I have also emailed customer service and they got me the information that I need. Would definitely recommend Brandincolor.

Brandincolor has been the most consistent custom box printing company that we have worked with. We’ve placed a handful of small orders and while none have processed in 3 business days like the website says, all have shipped within 6-7 business days. I have yet to find another company that can ship custom boxes this fast. They were a little more expensive than Packlane, but we initially paid the extra cost for the faster service. Now that Packlane has increased their prices, we are actually saving money with Brandincolor and getting our boxes much faster than we could anywhere else. I definitely recommend them.

I love the boxes I received, but the last set had smudge marks on abut 7 boxes and I wanted them fixed. I emailed twice, called once and no response at all even though I can see they opened my email. Terrible customer service.

I typically order from another company for custom mailers but I needed more custom mailers in a shorter turnaround than usual. BrandINcolor advertises “no clunky production steps– we ship within 3 business days.” I ordered a week ago and have yet to hear anything about my order. It is still processing despite their up to 3 business days processing claim. Their phone support goes to a voicemail box and I haven’t been able to get a response via email either. Really disappointed. Their processing times are much quicker than any other company which is why I ordered from them. It is deceptive to advertise processing times that you cannot meet.
