Jacqueline Strako—or “Jakki” for short—is the Chief Customer and Marketing Officer (CCMO) and Executive Vice President for USPS. She assumed this role in December 2018, and has worked for the Postal Service for over 28 years.

All in all, Strako’s main focus is to help the Postal Service improve their customers’ experiences. She leads all initiatives and strategies to help make USPS a more consumer-centric organization.
Jacqueline Strako’s Background
Jacqueline Strako earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa. She also received a Master’s of Business Administration from DePaul University. She began her career with USPS in 1989 as an industrial engineer at the Postal Service Headquarters. Since then, she has held various positions within the organization, most of which were in the Great Lakes Area. Some of Strako’s former positions within USPS include manager of Operations Support and Area Finance manager. Before she assumed her current role, Strako served as Vice President of Great Lakes Area Operations, during which she oversaw 61,000 employees and service to 36 million customers across the Midwest.
