As a result, you’re able to offer all of your customers 2-day shipping (as long as they’re in the continental United States). ShipBob also has several popular integrations like Walmart, Magento, Squarespace and more.


ShipBob may be a nice solution if your business is struggling to keep up with high-volume order fulfillment. They manage your inventory, pick and pack your orders, and ship your products at negotiated rates. However, ShipBob’s services don’t come cheap, and their shipping rates aren’t the best discounts we’ve seen. Therefore, it may make more sense to buy discounted postage through other shipping software and stick with in-house fulfillment—especially if your E-commerce business is just starting out.

    Too expensive and unreliable. Bad customer support.

    No one really seems to care at ShipBob – if you’re running a business these guys are definitely not a reliable long term partner.

    Here’s something y’all need to understand. When you work with a company like ShipBob and let the handle your inventory and shipping, YOUR CUSTOMERS DON’T KNOW ABOUT IT. They still think it’s on you! That means that when Shipbob makes mistakes like sending the wrong item or delaying a shipment (which they do), your customers think YOU did it. Not trying to play the blame game here. It’s just important to remember that everything is all about the customer when you’re running a small business, so be careful before you put shipping/inventory in someone else’s hands. I’ve lost customers because of this.

    I love the dashboard and all the analytics. It’s super useful. My only negative is that I wish there was a better way for bundling/merging products. If you want to merge products, you need to manually remove the product from every single bundle you’ve already set up. It’s a huge pain. Other than that, all good!

    I really like simple designs so I thought working with them would be easy. Haven’t had too many problems with printing off labels but getting in touch customer support has proven difficult.
